I wanted to deepen my knowledge of sound therapy and spent a long time searching for the right place.
I chose Garima and Pranay because they had a traditional approach, with understanding and respect for ancient knowledge. Recently, sound therapy has leaned towards populism and modern methods, which, in my opinion, distort the original idea of vibration therapy.
I learned a lot – both in terms of pure theory and philosophy, as well as practical application. The additional conversations with the teachers were incredibly valuable to me. Both of them have a genuine desire to share as much as they know – an invaluable feeling that someone is opening a wide door for you.
Having previous experience with sound therapy courses, I can wholeheartedly say that this is the most organized, methodical, and meaningful course I have attended. these two weeks at Vairagya Yogashala while completing my Level 4
training in Sound Healing.
The curriculum is perfect—it covers everything you can think of, with plenty of opportunities to practice what you are learning in real-life conditions. For me, this was instrumental in building my confidence and played a key role in my progress.
The food was delicious, and the accommodation provided exactly what I needed to relax, surrounded by nature.
However, the most important aspect, and what truly made the difference, were the teachers, Garima and Pranay, who shared their knowledge and experience with open hearts and a genuine love for teaching and sound healing.

"L'histoire autour des bols et tous les instruments complémentaires, j'aime comprendre le pourquoi des choses et Garima répondait à toutes nos questions. Les 3 heures d'affilées de theories étaient passionantes. La pratique tenait aussi une grande place et j'attendais ces moments avec impatience. Avec Pranay chaque matin nous pratiquions un yoga rempli de méditations, chant, prana et asanas. De beaux moments, une vie simple, une grande chambre au mobilier sobre et très propre. Je suis une grande gourmande qui sait ce qui est bon pour son dosha alors parfois je fais un peu la difficile 😉🤭 , mais les dal et les plats de la cuisinière étaient toujours excellents. Rien ne m' a vraiment déplu"
